Beautiful statue
Beautiful statue is a statue based on "Venus de Milo" by Artist Unknown. Jolly Redd sells it from his boat for 4,980 Bells, but it may be a forgery, so check before you buy. Donate the genuine piece to the museum to fill the art gallery.
An ancient Greek marble usually identified as Aphrodite, dug up on the island of Milos in 1820 and famous for its missing arms.
How to spot the forgery
Check her neck. The fake is decked out in necklaces, while the genuine goddess has nothing around her throat.
