Bell cricket

The bell cricket is a bug you catch on the ground. In the northern hemisphere look for it in Sep – Oct, from 5 PM – 8 AM. It hides when it rains. Nook's Cranny pays 430 Bells, Flick pays 645 Bells.

Listen for its tinkling chirp in the grass in autumn, from evening until early morning, though rain keeps it hidden. Creep up with the net raised, because it hops away if you rush.
