Centipede

The centipede is a bug you catch from hitting rocks. In the northern hemisphere look for it in Sep – Jun, from 4 PM – 11 PM. Nook's Cranny pays 300 Bells, Flick pays 450 Bells.

Hit a rock with a shovel or axe from late afternoon until late evening and one may pop out. Keep your net in the tool ring so you can swap and swing before it scurries away.
