Gyroid fragment is an item. Source: Dig Spot, Beach and Brewster. You can't buy it, but it sells for 414 Bells. Added in version 2.0.
Where to get it
- Dig Spot: Cracked marks in the ground you dig with a shovel. They hide fossils, gyroid fragments and more, and a buried fragment grows into a full gyroid.
- Beach: Washes up or lies along your island's beaches, so stroll the shoreline each day to collect it.
- Brewster: Brewster, who runs The Roost café inside the museum, hands these over as you become one of his regulars.
